Chef Henry William Smith brings more than 26 years of hands-on culinary experience to every dish he creates. Originally from Chicago and now based in Atlanta, Chef Bill has built an accomplished career in some of the city’s most respected kitchens. His experience includes serving as Chef Saucier at the Drake Hotel, Chef Garde Manger at the Chicago Hilton & Towers, and Executive Chef at several notable establishments.
When Chef Bill, decided to open his catering company, he chose to name it in honor of his favorite uncle, Bill Huff, from his mother’s side of the family.
Chef Bill’s goal is simple: to provide restaurant-quality cuisine paired with exceptional service.
