- To cancel an order, you must contact us 10 business days before the scheduled service date.
- If eligible for a refund, a 50% charge on funds received will apply.
- No refunds will be provided for holiday events.
Credit Card Processing Fee:
- A 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions, including payments made via Intuit, Square, and PayPal payment links.
- For fee-free payment options, we accept ACH payments (30 days before the event) and Zelle.
Please ensure that all your information (contact name, phone number, address, day, and time of service) is correct.
