We're happy to accomandate rush orders, but we would likle a minimum of 7 business days' notice for new orders.

To cancel an order, you must contact us 10 business days before the scheduled service date.
If eligible for a refund, a 50% charge on funds received will apply.
No refunds will be provided for holiday events.

Credit Card Processing Fee:

A 3.5% processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions, including payments made via Intuit, Square, and PayPal payment links.
For fee-free payment options, we accept ACH payments (30 days before the event) and Zelle.
