New Orders:

• We require a minimum of 7 business days' notice for new orders.

Cancellation Policy: Please Read

• Cancellations must be made by phone and email:

• No Refunds two weeks prior to the event date.
• No Refund on required deposit.
• No refunds will be provided for holiday events.

Credit Card Processing Fee:

• A 3.5 % processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions, including payments made via Intuit, Square, and PayPal payment links.
• For fee-free payment options, we accept ACH payments/Zelle.
